In 2022, and again in 2024, when I was at an unexpected crossroads in my career, it was this mantra that helped me move forward with the decision to begin my own company. And that is how Next Right Step (NRS) Consulting was established.

Since 2006, I have been perfecting and refining this approach through every decision, and it is now my framework for problem solving both professionally as well as personally.
